The Forward Pinellas Transportation prioritized new transportation projects to benefit all people moving around and through Pinellas County. Ten new projects have been added to the priority list and are now eligible to receive state and federal funding.
City Council meeting, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) staff will provide City Council with an update regarding corridor safety improvements along 4th Street North between 30th Avenue North and 94th Avenue North as the project is entirely within the State’s jurisdiction (State Route 687).
At the June 2nd City Council meeting, Administration and PSTA staff will provide City Council with an update regarding the construction of, and soon-to-open, SunRunner Bus Rapid Transit project (SunRunner).
Plans submitted to Pinellas County, Tesla will renovate the former Kane’s Furniture building with a 3,000 square foot showroom fronting 34th Street, a 35,000 – 45,000 square foot service center dedicated to maintenance and repairs, an 8,000 – 10,000 square foot parts department, and a 50,000 square foot vehicle storage facility.
