Former Jimmy Hulas Restaurant renovation on 4th Street


Through email DC Construction Associates confirmed they were working on a restaurant renovation on 4th street. The only details revealed was that it would NOT be another restaurant.

May 31st, 2022 a change of use was applied for and approved. The owner of the property is listed as 6600 SOUTH KANNER LLC. The property was purchased by 660 SOUTH KANNER LLC on Jan 28th, 2022 for $1,250,000. The company was organized in March of 2021. The Principal of the property lives in Parkland, FL.

In March a merger was filed with SunBiz. It names Severino Rodrigues as the contact person. According to Rodrigues’ LinkedIn:
