Seed featuring James Stevenson. Hosted by the Weedon Island Preserve Cultural and Natural History Center: One of plants most innovative reproductive strategies was the development of the seed. Not all plants produce seeds; this belongs only to the conifers and flowering plants. We will examine the history of the seed and its myriad of forms.
