Archaeology Hike Site

Archaeology Hike Site

Archaeology Hike Site. Do you have a budding young archaeologist in the family? Then bring them to our volunteer archaeology lab that is just for youth! Families with young ones will learn all about how artifacts and other archaeological material get processed in the laboratory so we can use them to learn about the past. You will get the chance to help our archaeologist from the Florida Public Archaeology Network process some material from a real archaeological site!

These labs are specifically reserved for youth and their families to participate. Youth of all ages are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.

This class is free to attend but if you would like to donate to our local FPAN programming please go to and enter Fund #420088 for FPAN (Florida Public Archaeology Network) Operating. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
